Kesha Boyce Williams has been an award-winning journalist and interactive professional for more than 12 years. She's written for The Charlotte Observer, The Commercial Appeal (Memphis) and the Times-Union (Jacksonville). She's managed Web sites for a variety of corporations and non-profit organizations. The purpose of this site is to INSPIRE, ENCOURAGE and INFORM those that are young, black and gifted. All young people should know that they have a gift and that gift should be encouraged. To the not so young - stop planting seeds of doubt in young people and talking about how bad this generation is. That is discouraging. BE ENCOURAGED by these stories.
