Kesha Boyce Williams has been an award-winning journalist and interactive professional for more than 12 years. She's written for The Charlotte Observer, The Commercial Appeal (Memphis) and the Times-Union (Jacksonville). She's managed Web sites for a variety of corporations and non-profit organizations.
