Young, Black and Gifted - Miss Howard University 2005 Reaches Out To Youth To Tell Stories

Miss Howard, Shayna Rudd, has worked for the past year to represent Howard and to act on her platform, ‘Project T.E.S.T.I.M.O.N.Y.’ The project is an acronym for ‘Telling Each Story To Inspire More of Our Nation’s Youth’ to succeed.
