Kesha Boyce Williams has been an award-winning journalist and interactive professional for more than 12 years. The purpose of this site is to INSPIRE, ENCOURAGE and INFORM those that are young, black and gifted. All young people should know that they have a gift and that gift should be encouraged. To the not so young - stop planting seeds of doubt in young people and talking about how bad this generation is. That is discouraging. BE ENCOURAGED by these stories. Hi there! I actually wrote about Joshua on my blog and have received lots of emails about the article. I am glad people found out about him. There are so many other up and coming young black leaders too - it's exciting!
